performance appraisal i hateee youuuuu

ya saya tidak suka performance appraisal.. maybe because i don't know how to self appraise myself.. tak reti ler nak 'jual' diri sendiri.. puji2.. or is it sebab aku mmg bukan nya standout employee.. so mcm takde apa yg aku boleh banggakan utk di self appraise kan.. hmmm.. the second reason mcm logik..so this is the time of the yr where the staff of B** is doing the performance appraisal.. hmm... walaupun masa di company lama dulu i'm incharge of the performance appraisal, tapi masa tu pon aku tak suka gak apraisal2 ni.. tak suka tau.. lagi2 kalau dah tau rating apa yg dpt. huhuhuhu..

i'm still waiting for the call for interview by IKRAM's.. hmmm... actually takde la berharap sgt dgn yg IKRAM tu.. just that berharap ada lah company yg aku apply kat msia tu yg call panggil utk interview..so far satu pon takde.. byk dah rasanya aku apply.. satu pon takde yg lekat.sedih arrrr
