how you define work life balance? for me having a normal work stress and enjoying the other time with family and my own self is the definition.. yes we have to work hard but there is a limit to that 'hard work' .. what are the purpose of the hard work at work? it is meant for you and your family to have a better home, better life better etc etc etc.. so what is the point of having work hard but cannot enjoy it with your love one? is it the main purpose of that???

haihhhh ape mende pagi2 dah membebel2 ni? i kind of interrupted.. and i think it is not right.. asking your staff to work almost 15 hour a day.. then the document your are preparing bounced back.. and you ask your staff to work on it at a wee hour.. another 15 hour of work.. how do you think that the output will be? i would say it gonna be a teribble document and there will be a lot of error here and there...

am i happy with my job? absolutely and definitely NO!.. this is not the feeling i have when i work with my previous employer.. everyday now..i am thinking of when i can give my resignation letter.. its only 2 month ++ and i already have this feeling... i am a loyal employee before this.. i worked with the employer 9 year ++ and i truly enjoy the time.. this time around,i don't have a good memory.. not even one... omg.. i really miss my ex collegue...

i would have to hang on as long as i can...and i think when the right time comes, i will without guilty hand in my resignation letter to my boss and say bye to this company! sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
